A Vision Quest with Horses:
Vision your Life and Live Your Vision: Preparation for the New Year 2009
There is no riding the focus is on relationship - the work with the horse takes place on the ground. No Horse experience is necessary.
Workshop time: 9:00 am- 4:00 pm
Fee: $150.00 Group size: Up to 16 participants and 6 horses
Location: Pebble Ledge Ranch, Novelty, Ohio 44072
Facilitators:
Jackie Stevenson MSSA, Equine Guided Education Certification, European Association of Horse Assisted Education certification.
Lisa Kayser, Esther Gates and a natural herd of six horses; Be, Thunderheart, Rojo, Spirit, J.R. and Raven. Our horses are uncommon heroes for the common good.

Description of Workshops as Follows:
September 20, 2008: Exploring Leadership and Finding the Herd within Your Team: Relational Responsibility
- A herd is inclusive--- everyone belongs, everyone is essential, everyone matters.
- Relationship is primary in the herd; a non adversarial, harmonious relationship based on shared trust, communication, understanding, and a complete acceptance of the importance of all.
- Leadership is shared and is expected of everyone.
- Explore your leadership style and what it means to belong to a herd.
September 28, 2008:EGE Train the Trainer:" Equine Guided Education" Practitioner Training
- For people interested in integrating and facilitating relational work with horses into their careers and personal lives, for horse specialists who want to expand their opportunities within the equine field, and for college students and adult learners who would like add this into their educational training in preparation for a career which includes horses.
- Introduction to EGE essential theories, practical skills, relevant techniques, self awareness and practice facilitation with horses and with people to develop or deepen your competencies in EGE "experiential learning with Horses".
October 11, 2008: Awakening the Heart- Appreciation, Passion and Love"
- The search for the best in people, in their intimate relationships and friendships, their organizations, and the world around them.
- Exploration of the spirit of relationship and the nature of intimacy in order to strengthen and expand our personal capacity to be in satisfying relationships and in our work and to support the well being of others in their relationships.
- Awakening our hearts through the wisdom of nature and the quiet gentle spirit of the horse.
November 8, 2008 Body Process, Personal Presence and Power: Being More of Who You Are.
- Partnering with horses and being in nature to engage in innovative work and to learn about our body process and presence.
- Attending to and experiencing our body is integral to how we impact and are impacted by our world of work, daily life, love and play.
- Being more aware and in alignment with who we are, the values we embody and the actions we take in our personal life and work.
